Before starting her career in the beauty industry, Beth attended UTA to pursue a degree in psychology. She loves all things books and podcasts! Beth trained 1 on 1 right here in DFW under an extremely talented stylist. Her favorite thing about the beauty industry is the encouraging community she has found. She aims to help her clients find their most beautiful selves through customized services, intentional time together and lots of laughter.

Meet Erica, a 6-year stylist, who specializes in blondes , bold transformations, and hair extensions.

She spent the last year in Hamburg, Germany learning and growing as a stylist. Erica received her certification in all 4 methods of hair extensions (hand-tied, KTips, I Tips, and Tape-In) in order to have a truly customized approach for each guest, helping them achieve the hair of their dreams! She can’t wait to have you in her chair!

With 20 years in the industry, Ashley could never imagine doing anything else but hair! She is most passionate about cutting, extensions, and color. She started her career by assisting with styling the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and has since been in high-end salons. Education is very important to her as she feels there is always more to learn.

Having two children and being in Austin for 17 years, she is back home in Fort Worth and excited to be at Dwell making clients look and feel their best!

Shay has been doing hair for almost 8 years now! Originally from Erie, PA, but she moved to Texas a year and a half ago. Shay loves making women feel their best self. She specializes in lived-in blondes and low-maintenance hair color. Shay is also a United States Marine Corps Veteran who enjoys fitness in her free time as well as spending time with her 4 year old son who keeps her busy when she’s not behind the chair.
