At Dwell Studio Salon, our top priority is ensuring you feel fabulous! We strive to create a welcoming and tranquil environment where every visit enhances your natural beauty. Here’s what you need to know to help us provide the best experience for you and all our guests.
The Team Approach
Our team is here to make you feel your best, and we work together to ensure top-notch service. Whether you're with your favorite stylist or trying someone new, we aim to make each visit exceptional. If your preferred stylist isn’t available when you are attempting to book your appointment, don't worry—another skilled team member can step in and take great care of you.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedule changes are unavoidable. To help us serve all our guests effectively, please give us at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Cancellations/Reschedules with Less than 48 Hours' Notice: Subject to a 50% fee of the entire service booked.
No-Shows: Responsible for 100% of the appointment cost.
Multiple Reschedules/No-Shows: May require a deposit when booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals: If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a 50% fee will apply.
These fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Your understanding helps us keep our schedule running smoothly and allows us to accommodate other guests.
Booking Appointments
Credit Card on File: Required for all appointments.
48-Hour Notice for Cancellations/Reschedules: To avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: Responsible for 100% of the service cost charged to the card on file.
Children and Pets
We love your little ones, but for everyone's safety, we ask that you leave them at home unless they have an appointment that coincides with yours. Our salon is filled with hot, sharp, and hazardous items that we don’t want anyone to get hurt by.
You’ll meet many dog lovers here, but unfortunately, we can be fined if any animals are found in our salon, per Texas law. If you wish to bring a service animal, please email us the paperwork ahead of time so we have the appropriate documentation on file.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our goal. While we do not offer refunds on salon services, we will make every effort to address any concerns. If you have any issues, please notify us within three days of your service. You may return to the salon within two weeks of the initial service for adjustments at no extra charge. If a different service is requested, it may be charged as a new service at full price.
Product Returns
Unused/Unopened Products: May be returned within seven days of purchase for a refund.
Opened Products (At Least 75% Full): Eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase.
