Policies:

Appointments may be made online 24/7 or by texting the salon during business hours. We require a credit card on file for all appointments booked.

Pricing:

Pricing online reflects starting prices that may change if your hair requires more product and time.

Cancellations:

We require at least 48 hours for cancellations and reschedules to avoid a fee equal to 50% of your services booked.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so online within the window. If the reschedule window has passed you will need to text the salon or call and leave a message.

No-shows:

Any no-showed appointment will be responsible for 100% of their services booked.

Late:

If a guest is more than 10 minutes late, their appointment may need to be forfeited that day and will be assessed a fee of 50%.
